Here at Water Heaters Only, we work hard and a lot of the time we are inside our office – and that’s okay. But one of the fun things about the job (and we do believe in having fun at work as well) is when we get to get out and mingle with the residents of the communities we work in. Sometimes that means we are at a home show or at a golf tournament, but this past weekend we were thrilled to be a part of the Roseville Earth Day Celebration, which was hosted by the City of Roseville. It was a perfect day to be out at Mahany Park and the event was well attended. Not only were there lots of booths with great information about the many ways we can all help out and be a little “greener”, but there was some fun entertainment as well. One of the highlights was the Mutual of Omaha Wild Animal show which featured an alligator:
There was also a recycled clothing fashion show and even a free photo booth where you could get your picture taken with a very large boa constrictor. Needless to say, the kids loved it. Overall, it was a great mix of fun and lots of environmentally-friendly information that was made available and that includes our booth, of course.
To that end, we were happy to talk to folks about the Taco Command Recirculation System and our tankless water heaters while at the Roseville Earth Day Celebration.
