After hearing about water heaters only on NPR right after we determined we needed a new water heater, I called them, they answered all my questions and within a short period of time found me a new water heater and scheduled an install the next day. It's always a drag to try to take a shower and find that you have no hot water. It's worse when you go into the garage and find that it's been low-key flooded by a burst water heater. I called Water Heaters Only at ~8 the next morning and they were on-site by ~10am. By 1pm I had a new water heater, all up to code with a pan and expansion chamber.

Chris, the technician, explained all the options to me and helped me to understand the differences of getting a tankless vs tanked option, as well as explaining the permitting process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great service and definitely my first choice if I need a replacement water heater in the future!

Our hot water heater had been giving us problems for months and then stopping working. I called Water Heaters Only and they had a technician come out to us the next day. Chris is the GOAT!!! He was extremely professional, personable, and efficient installing our new Navien tankless water heater. Our old tankless water heater would take 2-3 minutes to get hot water to the upstairs bathrooms but the new Navien with the recirculating pump is getting water to those same bathrooms in 10-15 seconds. I would recommend Water Heaters Only and Chris to anyone who needs a new hot water heater. 5 stars!!!

I highly recommend using Water Heaters Only, if you are in need of a new water heater or repair. This company is extremely professional from the first phone call with Eric who scheduled the appointment and gave me an idea of the costs. Their repairman Matt was extremely helpful and explained every step of what he was doing. He was professional, helpful and right on time. After he saw what was needed, he prepared the estimate and was back in about 30 minutes with all the equipment necessary to install the water heater correctly. Getting ready to enjoy a hot shower!!

We are pleased with the whole experience of working with Chris. Our initial research created questions that were answered with respect to our concerns without pressuring us to make a quick decision. Chris worked with us to determine our needs, made valuable suggestions and answered all our questions. The work Chris did in preparing the necessary electrical outlet and water drainage system, as well as increasing and stabilizing the platform for the tank, clearly was done in a professional, skilled manner (and he didn’t leave a mess behind!). Additionally, Chris did a minor repair on an old storage cabinet for us, something outside of what was necessary and having nothing to do with the water heater installation. We couldn’t be happier with Chris and Water Heaters Only.

Pleasantly surprised by the customer service. I say that because it seems so hard to find a reputable, professional, and personable company nowadays. Firstly, of the several companies we called, this is the only one to actually give us information over the phone, whereas the others just said, “we need to send someone out” before they would engage in conversation. The company sent out Matt, and I was expecting him because prior to the appointment they sent a picture and little bio, which I appreciate, because I like knowing who should be knocking on my door. Matt was flexible with my time, efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and NOT condescending. He even changed the tone and volume of his voice to try to get my dog to stop barking. Overall great, helpful, and agreeable.

Our 19 year old Rheem water heater broke down at 11:00 pm. We called Water Heater Only and left a message. Manager Dave Sevits called us at 7am and we had a long discussion about what we could do. In less than an hour, his employee, technician John, was with us. He explained in detail what he was going to do, and when we agreed on a price, he got to work. We haven’t seen a person treat all the little things so carefully for a long time. It was a great pleasure to see the work of a true professional. Now a new handsome Bradford White has taken up residence in our laundry room, taking the place of the old Rheem. Everything looks much more modern and thoughtful than it was before. We are very grateful to Dave and especially his technician John for such a coordinated effort, as a result of which we were able to return to normal life at 2 o'clock in the afternoon

I called on a weekend and Shaun set me up with a Monday morning appointment & the manufacturer's diagnostic line. Manufacturer recommended I replace multiple parts, but the technician (John) suggested I might not need them. Our W/H went offline Friday morning. Confronted with a weekend and not knowing when we would have hot water, we took to some searches to see if we could find help. WHO immediately took the call, said they could get it done over the weekend (we had a standard tank) and quoted over the phone. The tech Matt H was on time and did a great job to make sure we got the right tank for the house and got it all done in three hours (including one trip to the warehouse). While I hope we get a long life from this one, if ever we need another, WHO will be the first phone call!

So I called this place to see about them coming out to fix my water tank. Come to find out from them on the phone that my tank had been recalled. I would have never thought to even look into that. We called the company that made the tank and they sent us new parts for free and told us who to go to and have them installed for free. So water heaters only saved us hundreds of dollars and I will definitely reach out to them for any future needs.

After back and forth with our home warranty company, we decided to just pay out of pocket and go with WHO. Brandon was our technician and was superb during his installation. The installation looks great and he picked up the work area and left it clean. The final price was slightly higher than the phone quote ($285 more). However the service was EXCEPTIONAL! John knew city code and pulled a permit. He went above and beyond by patching a hole that he was not required to do. He explained what was necessary and why while caring for my home and cleaning up after himself. I called Water Heaters Only on a Sunday afternoon due to a leak on a very old water heater. Brandon Nelson from Water Heaters Only came out the next day right on time to replace it with a new 50 gallon water heater.

He also needed to replace a leaking inlet water valve, install new exhaust ducting and a copper overflow piping to meet County code.

He completed the job in a couple of hours and we had hot water again about an hour after that. Brandon was very professional and was great at answering all my questions. When he was done, he walked me thru some of the basics operational steps of the water heater which could come in handy down the road.

The price seemed fair in today's world. Actually, my neighbor just had her water heater replaced a month ago by another company and paid about 30% more than I paid. It's very possible that my neighbor had to have some additional work done and that's why there was such a difference in cost, but I can't confirm that one way or another.

I would recommend Water Heaters Only, Inc to anyone who needs to replace or repair a water heater.

The company had a call center that was very responsive. I appreciated that they emailed me the range that the water heater replacement would cost. They require a 65 dollar fee to come out and give a full quote for the job. This is waived if you agree to the work. The technician, Matt, was punctual and communicated very well. He was a straight shooter and gave very thorough details of why we needed to do what he was requesting. I found that to be helpful too. The work was completed on time and done very well. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend this business, especially Matt, again.

If you need a water heater or an estimate call Water Heaters Only! Their Tech, Dillon, showed up exactly when he said they would but more importantly he did an excellent job at installing our new water heater. As you can see from the picture he insured everything was properly and professionally done. Their price was also much more reasonable than the other companies I called. Highly recommend!
